Brief backstory:
foot was backwards or obviously the wrong direction. Stiches show they slid my bones out like a glove, fixed it, slid it back on. I don't know how long I was in a cast as an infant but I'm assuming it caused that leg to be shorter (my knees are different at a different height it looks like) and an obvious lack of muscle.
In about a year I went from 270lbs to 193lbs now. In 16 days I'll be 1 year sober from alcohol. Decemberish I was diagnosed with combined ADHD and medicated properly now so I've been able to go the gym for around 3 or 4 months so fwr. I can't stand on my toes on that foot or move my body weight on the seated calf machine at my local gym with it either. I have lower back issues so in combination with the McGill big 3 on my leg day I use the squat machine that is a sled your leaning back on then leg extension machine, leg curl machine, then both hip spreader squeezers lol.
TLDR; Should I work out my good calf or what? I already look weird, especially now after losing the weight. Already trying to fight an imbalance between my biceps and I'm lost on what I should do down here.
