Hi everyone,

Does anyone know what documents are required to fly a pet cat from Dhaka to Toronto via Biman Bangladesh Cargo?

Specifically:

What paperwork does Biman require for cargo transport?
Is a microchip certificate mandatory for this route?

If anyone has used this service before, I’d really appreciate hearing about your experience. Were there any issues at check-in or upon arrival in Toronto?

I’d also love to know what you wish you had known beforehand to make the process smoother.
