Hi! I'm currently filling out the new CHED scholarship form, and I saw that we need to list down awards if we were given any. There are no other instructions regarding the amount; it just states: "Leadership or Outstanding Performance Award Certificate. Required only if you declared a leadership or discipline-based award. Upload the certificate or official recognition."

Should I include all the important ones given to me by the school and compile the certificates into 1 PDF (since I can only upload 1 file), or only upload 1 certificate of a national award?
