Has anyone got experience with reverse dieting? I’m on week four of
12-14 a day more than what I’ve been eating for a few years(active job twice a week) a day after a bit too long on a deficit. . unfortunate I am very short and small boned and had a naturally low metabolism even before dieting so the increase is really non optional for now which I’m at peace with but just wondering if I should expect to gain a few kg. I should technically be eating maintenance at 1300 on a lightly active day but I have a feeling it’s a surplus for my low metabolism. Anyone else been through this and found a happy place?
