Hi there! Can a 18 year old who is already enrolled in 12 grade in another state (FL) but did not complete 12th grade this year re enroll in 12 grade in las vegas for the 26/27 school year? I was told no because he is

a. 18 years old now

b. Nevada has the no child left behind rule

However upon further reserch that rule was replaced years ago. I just need a straight answer because two schools told me this information and I want to tbe absolutely sure. The kid wants to go to high school, not get a GED.
