Why didn't my stylist tell me?

Why didn't my stylist tell me?

Y'all, I've been through a lot in the past seven years. Hysterectomy, breast cancer, and chemo, job and home changes. Chronic diverticulosis. Basically overwork, and stress from work, and home and family. These last 18 months have been especially stressful. But I did not know the toll that it was taking on my hair, until I took this picture. I was trying an updo, and took a video of my head to see it from all angles.

My heart dropped when I saw the bald patch. I used to work in a hospital, and a combative family member called me a " bald-headed b!tch," because I didn't hear her, when she was talking to me (she was wearing a blonde Party City wig, but that's neither here, nor there). I thought she was just hitting below the belt. I knew my hair was thin. But I didn't know I was bald. I'm going in to touch up my undercut today, and I am going to show my stylist this picture. Why didn't she tell me?

I'm laughing, but I'm crying, too. 🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭

I sell jewelry. I'm pretty new to this format. I like it, and I'm making money, but there are a few things I don't understand. For instance, it's weird to me to see someone running their hands over a table of jewelry, talking, and asking if they should run something. To my knowledge, Whatnot doesn't charge per run, and if you're not running, items aren't selling. I can see running pre-bids first, but as a seller, I feel really anxious if I don't keep things moving. I list all my items first, and then move through my list, unless someone asks for something specific. Also, live unboxing gets on my nerves. Hands pawing through jewelry, trying to untangle things, chucking broken stuff, and talking randomly. But I know I have a deficit of social skills. Some folks might like it, and feel excited and engaged.

Does anyone else care? Or is it just me?
