What would you do? After a routine oil change i peek under the hood before leaving, and notice a significant amount of oil had been spilled on the valve cover. Asking politely to get it cleaned, they bring it back in to the same tech. He (apparently) just sprayed brake cleaner on the pooled oil because once back home i later noticed the mixture splashed around the engine bay, and on the lower part of the windshield.
Maybe the worst part was when i noticed the can of brake cleaner had fallen(??) and was wedged between the radiator fan and the engine. I wrote emails to the service manager and the dealership’s general manager. I just have zero confidence in any hired help these days.
