Back from the store, not going back out. Currently making street tacos and birria tacos. Forgot tomatoes. What is a street-taco-esque sauce I can make with store made chunky 3 cheese pasta sauce? Fresh I have cilantro, onions, and essentially every dried spice. Also have ragu marinara. Alternatively I can make a green sauce with cilantro but my wife likes red street taco salsa. Thanks!
