Second batch of terminators finally arrived

Ordered a lot of figures mid Mars which included all new Terminators, new 30K figures and some of the new release of older figures. Received halv of order after only a week. But other half took a lot of time. Everything was delivered today, well almost everything except Raven Guard Terminator 3, Primarch Khan and few of the 30k White scars Terminators that will probably be delivered sometime in June if i am not mistaken. Every single figure arrived with parts that either needed to be glued or assembled but by now i am pretty used to that. Painting was on some really good on some not so good. But i must say that painting and shading on Dark Angels was excellent but it was even better on 3 White Scars Terminators. Those 3 figures have the best painting and look of all of my figures. I hope you all don’t mind sharing my current collection here.

To my surprise new Heavy Intercessor from JoyToy feels very different. Like a cheap nock off. Plastic used is different then plastic my all other 100+ figures are made. Feels very light. Also figure feels hollow. While all my other 40K and 30K figures feels like they are made from plastic that feels more like hard rubber or like rubber like plastic this one feels like very hard but light weight plastic. Was thinking of ordering several others but now i doubt i will order any. I know it’s a cheap 30$ figure but when standard cheap 25$ intercessor feels like more premium something is really off. I really hope JoyToy continues to use quality plastic they are known for.

This one I’ll probably use as testing for custom painting.

Update after a bit if no specially good shading and few strokes of a water based clear coat paint i must admit figure looks and feels a lot better. Which makes me believe that this figure isn’t painted at all. Outside shoulders. And it’s the reason for figure feeling different.
