Hi,

I am looking for second hand ebike currently. After doing sone researching, I found out that one could tune bosch motors.

My questions would be:

Is it safe to buy tuned ebike that is probably detuned. I saw tuning model from Volspeed and Weasel. They both seem harmless when removed.
How do I found out if the ebike has been tuned?
