I've lurked in this sub for a while now- I'm here to yap for the first time now- I'm currently in a drive (or medline idr) chair with the armrests removed and heelys (shoes) instead of foot plates [since the ones on my chair put my hips on a bad position that hurt] but have a custom chair being made thru notawheelchair
I bought some things to further customize the new chair when it arrives and I've been holding on to them for a while but tonight I needed some dopamine so I added my wheel lights to my current chair now and can move them once the custom comes
I wanted to share my lights- since recording it i cut down the excess parts if the zipties so they don't stick out like they did in the vids
I also wanted to share a video I took at my work- I recently start working at target and its been very great and I've been so happy with the accommodations they've been willing to do for me- its been my first job since relying on my chair so I'm rly happy bc I've heard horror stories ab ppl not getting acomidations they need :'3 so- SO to my local target :3c
