I'm not gatekeeping this. I just recently noticed some sort of decent discount on decorative bottles this season, especially on online marketplaces. There are platforms like Alibaba who tend to have a lot of options for you to choose from, and the good thing is that there are also sellers who often run seasonal promos especially for bulk orders. The price offer makes a large difference when you purchase more than a few pieces. I’ve also seen the price drops on everything from simple clear bottles to more styled or vintage-looking designs. It's not always labeled as “SALE”, but the price changes depending on the demand and supplier inventory. There are also small shops who offer better than those bigger ones, so basically comparing listings is worth it rather than going immediately with the first option. Generally, it may take a bit of time to look around but it worth of effort because you’ll get both quantity and quality.

Yes girl, you can definitely use a menstrual heating pad for lower back pain too. The concept is

basically just the same, heat does help our muscles ease the tension of pain, either cramps or

sore back. I already tried it myself when I had back pain after a long exhausting day of my

working hours and it totally gave me the feeling of ease from the pain just as I used it during my

period cramps. Some of the new ones are designed like wraps or belt like, making it stay in

place even when you're doing physical errands that require movements, it’s just convenient for

me.

A lot of these heating pads are marketed as multi-use, I’ve noticed it while I was browsing in

Alibaba, not to mention the menstrual relief. They often emphasize its features just like its

adjustable heat settings and its portable designs. With proper usage with safety and avoid

overdoing the heat, it works perfectly fine for both menstrual cramps and back pain.
