I have applied for a South African e-visa and I’ve submitted all the mandatory documents and also made payment.

But, the progress status still says awaiting supporting documents. There is no way for me to upload the document and I am also unable to cancel the application.

I was hoping to make it in time for my birthday

I’ve send several emails and I have been unable to get in touch with anyone.

Has anyone been in a similar situation and can be of any help ?
