The first week or two were very hard, it was all I could think about and all I could do to not vape. Personally I treated it like a sickness that I needed to heal from. The cravings were a constant reminder that this was the case.
I can tell you now that every single week gets easier, after a month you won't even think about it vast majority of the time. The pain is temporary, the gain is lifetime.
I feel a lot better, way more active and productive with my free time. I think my reward system has start to reset. Also I'm not sick every morning and have saved hundreds of dollars already. You can do it!
