How to transition to another career

I have been a nanny/ teacher/ mom to my own kids/private tutor for 33 years. I briefly retired and then came back to private nannying/house management two years ago. My body has begun to tell me that it can no longer tolerate the physical nature of this job and need to transform into my next form. I can not even begin to think of how to break this news to the family I work for. They have been my unicorn family.

What I really want to know is what others of my experience and age have transitioned to after this career? My husband thinks I should start a YouTube channel to talk about raising kids after my experiences doing so in 4 decades.
I would love your thoughts on what you have done e after life as a nanny.
