Can I sue

Hello I would like to know if someone thinks this is a case. I have purchased a new manufactured home that came with a brand new fridge. Awesome fridge but I noticed the compressor runs for a long time but didn’t pay any mind. A few months into living In the brand new home, I started feeling very sick. Headaches, lung infection, sinus burning. At first I thought it was mold, plumbing issues , allergies etc. I went crazy taking apart things in my house trying to find answers . Finally I thought about the fridge. It smells sweet and musty around that area so I unplugged it. Relief came pretty quickly. It still has a faint smell but improved greatly. So I took the cover apart to look at the compressor and one of the main lines are almost completely corroded.

My question is that can the appliance company be at fault? If I get proof that my lungs are damaged and or that I have refrigerant (isobutane) poisoning from a doctor? I am extremely weak and barely have appetite and am slowly recovering. It took the absolute life out of me.

Sewer gasses need help!

I’ve been slowing feeling weak and bad headaches when I go inside my 4 month old manufactured home recently. It’s gotten pretty bad and I’m
Not sure why it’s happening. It’s coming from a kitchen sink and recently started in the master bedroom sink. (They share a roof vent). They all have brand new air admittance valves and I changed them anyways to try. Made sure there’s water in all p traps. Still no luck. The only symptoms I can see is that the master toilet does not flush very strong compared to the other toilet on the other manufactured home. Also the shower doesn’t drain very well. Could a small clog cause all this odor? It doesn’t smell like rotten eggs I’m assuming because it’s a new build. One plumber told me he smells nothing but to me it comes and goes. It gets very strong when dishwasher is on or shower is running . Sometimes at random.
