I'm 29 in Australia and I have always had a fear of driving and my family hold it over me so much I react negatively and it's always a fight doesn't help I drink to much as well. I just shake thinking about it I'm 30 in a few months and I literally don't know how to get out of this vicious cycle I don't see a way through it am I crazy 😭
