Hello, I noticed water leaking from under the toilet, so I thought the seal had maybe gone bad after many years. I pulled the toilet and found the pictured scene after cleaning away the wax.

What am I looking at here? Is the blue part the flange? Is the black part attached to it?

Is the left part of the flange broken? Can I do anything to fix or use this as is? I tired to look up replacing a flange, but it looks like you have to cut it away (or can I just unscrew it?), and I don’t know if I want to be cutting the sewage pipes.

I will cover the hole and wait everyone’s advice. Thank you.
