Hello I was waiting 40 minutes in line for little mermaid in 80 degree heat and just as I was about to enter the building (I was maybe 15 ppl to the entry) the ride broke down and they made everyone get out of the line. Since we waited 40 minutes we asked for a fast pass but the cast member said no. We had to be inside the building for any remedy. Super bummed that I waited 40 minutes and Disney did not make it right.

How common is this lack of care?

I was on my 3rd day of a 3 day pass and was about to upgrade my ticket to an annual pass. But this left a bad taste in my mouth.
