So, I’ve got this flex three bedroom but comfortable two bedroom unit in Bed-Stuy, right in the heart of it all. Multiple restaurants, bars, supermarkets, laundromat next door, and even a popular reggae/soca lounge less than a five minute walk down the block. Great neighborhood, up and coming and I’ve NEVER felt worried or unsafe. Current roommate unfortunately dipped out on me last minute. I’m asking for $1100, but depending on the circumstances we can work things out. Oh, and the unit is rent controlled/stabilized so we’d definitely keep the COVID deal that I’ve got right now. Let me know if this seems ideal for you.
