Hey everyone,

I’ve gotten pretty good at bleaching my hair but I’m still learning to formulate the right toner.

It seems like there is not as much information when it comes to toning unlike bleaching.

The tutorials I’ve found so far seem pretty unspecific or wishy washy.

if anybody could share some good resources where I can learn more about formulating I would be so grateful.

Right now I am trying to achieve a pearly platinum blonde but I would love to learn about the skill in general so the future in case I decide to switch it up!

It seems brands do it differently too but of course they’re trying so sell their own products and I have no idea what to really look out for or what the ‚codes‘ mean.

I’ve toned my hair before and only then did I realize that ashy/greyish tones don’t suit me at all however a bright shiny blonde looked a lot better but it all happened rather by chance.

I will be happy for any tip however, so if anyone would just share a specific formula for now I would be grateful too!

Pictures are inspo pics, however the last one is my own hair. if anybody wants to tell me that that kind of hair is not achievable or only through a wig, I don’t want to hear it! <3 Thanks!!
