m20 6’1”, 185 lbs. I eat fairly clean, almost no processed foods, almost always 1-2 lbs of lean ground beef per day etc.

I’ve always been around this body fat I would guess around 11% ? I’m not sure I don’t have a way to test it really that’s convenient since I’m not a serious lifter.

Would it be smart to bulk up more or is it fine staying where I’m at, I haven’t tracked calories in years but realistically I probably get 2900-3100 cals per day average. I’ve never tried any PEDS but I’d be open to one that would increase hunger as I’m on vyvanse (ADHD med) which suppresses appetite.

I can’t bulk too much as I’m an ironworker and skinny builds are usually favoured over others due to climbing, beam walking etc. But I also don’t want to sacrifice hormone production or anything like that while I’m in my 20’s so what would be a healthy range if this isn’t? Where should my weight be?
