It involves a high-functioning individual (a successful lawyer, as I recall) who attempts to kill himself by faking an car accident. House figures it out by replaying the scenario in his head.

I understand if such episode does not exist and is an imagination of cocktail of other episodes combined. I have watched Season 5 Episode 12 "Painless".
