I have tried to manifest height increase but there is this limiting belief that I can't and I just measure and compare my height everywhere and that is one big reason that I have been failing all this time. I'm a maths major so my mind is wired to see proof before beliefs and that is messing with me. I have tried but keep failing after seeing temporary results earlier I used to manifest easily when I didn't double guess it whether it was sp or anything i could do it but now lately it's been hard so for my specific questions are about height increase though
So I want all of your advice on :
(1) How do I actually get rid of these limiting beliefs and work on my self concept that I can increase my height and subliminals will work?.
(2) How do I get my results to be permanent ? ( I got results but they weren't permanent)
(3) How you guys visualise and picture your end results and maintain the assumption of your desired results?.
(4) Advice on which subliminals to use for maximum results.
I'm asking this as i know i can dig up info over reddit about this but i genuinely need some testimonials and personal experience that can help me to get my results and I want to believe and get results.
