Does anyone know if there is a way to track or findout what agent spoke with you over the phone?
I call because I had a question about updating my banking info, since I did it online. However, I had a phone meeting last week for auxiliary benefits, which went well. I also went in person to show proof that my child. However, the lady on the phone told me that sometime if you update your banking info on the portal it does register if it says paper check. She told me to wait a few days and if it says the same thing then call SSA.
I just called and the lady who answered told me it will update in 60 days, just wait for your paper check and just hung-up.
