Augments for Ammo mods still locked-Xbox

Is anyone else dealing with there augments being locked for ammo mods even after they complete the research for the augment?

Anyone have a solution?

Do you need to 100% the ammo mod augment to fix it?

Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
