Online or In-Person Clinics in Japan for Low-Dose Isotretinoin (Tokyo for In-Person Visits)
Hi everyone,
I’m looking for clinics in Japan that prescribe low-dose isotretinoin for persistent moderate acne. Online clinics that can ship medication anywhere in Japan are perfectly fine, and for in-person visits I’m specifically looking for clinics in Tokyo.
Please do not suggest that I “just see a dermatologist.” I have already visited around 10 dermatologists in Tokyo over the past four years. They all prescribed oral antibiotics (which I do not tolerate well), benzoyl peroxide, and topical antibiotics, but none of these treatments solved the problem.
I also have PCOS and have been on birth control for over a year, but I still struggle with very oily skin and persistent breakouts.
After four years of dealing with this, I would like to try low-dose isotretinoin. My acne is moderate rather than severe, so I’m looking for clinics that are willing to prescribe it even if the acne is not cystic.
I’ve already completed blood tests and am prepared for regular monitoring.
If you know of any online clinics in Japan or in-person clinics in Tokyo that prescribe isotretinoin, I would really appreciate your recommendations.
