2002 Honda CRV 200,000 miles

Is this fixable at home? I saw a video where someone fixed a similar issues by placing a new flange on either side of the broken and pulled all back together with a gasket in between. Held together by bolts. My concern is how close the resonator is. Not looking for factory fresh, just need it connected and quieter. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
