Pearl : Hey there Axel, how are you feeling?

Axel : I feel...great, i guess the berries worked

Pearl : *Chuckles* Well it helped, but it's not really because of the berries

Axel : What do you mean?

Pearl : The girl you were with yesterday came here to see why you were absent, when she found out you had a fever, she used a heal pulse on you to heal you

Axel : Oh...she came all the way here just to do that, how kind

Leaf (shouting) : Dinners ready guys!

Pearl : Oh, come on lets go

Meanwhile at May's place

May : *Knocks*

Glen : *Opens the door* May? Where have you been?? Sit down and wait I'll just get you a towel

Glen then grabs a towel and wraps it around May. Glen then asked questions

Glen : Where did you go and why? Me and especially your dad was so worried

May : I went to my friends house to do something

Glen : What dis you do there? Don't lie

May : I just healed one of my friends...

Glen : You used your heal pulse again? You know what would happen every time you use it you know. Didn't your dad already tell you that?

May : Yes yes i know...i just couldn't bear seeing him lying down sickly in the bed...

Glen : *Sighs* Next time, tell us where your going before going to where your going okay

May : Okay...

Glen then tells her to get to bed as it was getting late. The next day, Axel and May met again at the same table

Axel : Hey there May, Thanks for healing me yesterday, how did you learn how to use heal pulse?

May : It's no problem. Well...my dad met Jirachi when he was still a rescuer, he wished that his child in the future would be able to use heal pulse, and that child was me

Axel : Wow...Cool, so, what do you want to talk about?

May : Well... I've been wanting to say this since yesterday...

Axel : Go on, I'm listening *While eating*

Leaf : Oh hi there, what are you doing outside in the rain? Come in

May then gets inside while Leaf goes upstairs to get a towel. After a while, Leaf comes down with the towel and wraps it around May. Leaf then asks her a few questions

Leaf : Are you lost?

May : No...i was looking for someone

Leaf : You know it's quite dangerous being out here in the forest all alone in the rain, and it's gonna be evening soon. Who were you looking for?

May : Is this where Axel Thundercutter lives?

Leaf : Yes, why?

May : Is it okay if i could see him?

Leaf : Hmm let me tell his cousin about it *Stands up and goes upstairs towards Axel's room*

Upstairs at Axel's room

Leaf : *Opens the door a little and peeks inside* Pearl?

Pearl : Yes?

Leaf : Someone wants to see Axel, she's currently downstairs, is it okay to let her in here?

Pearl : Sure, let her in, tell her to be quiet

Leaf : Okay * Heads downstairs* Come here , his cousin said it's fine

May then heads upstairs following Leaf to Axel's room. May then heads inside

Pearl : Oh, your the girl that was with Axel yesterday. Axel's sleeping right now

May : Oh, is he okay?

Pearl : He has a fever right now

May : So that's why he wasn't at school today...

Pearl : He might get better tomorrow, in the meantime just let him rest

May : *Puts one of her hands on Axel's forehead and closes her eyes while using healing pulse*

After a while, May stops and tells Pearl that he might wake up soon and tells her she would be taking her leave. As she was heading for the door, Leaf told her that it was still raining and that she should wait till the rain stops. May disagrees and says that her parents might be looking for her and that she should get home as soon as possible. Leaf sighs and let's her leave but tells her to be careful as the sun was already setting. A few minutes after May left, Axel finally woke up like May said

Axel : *Slowly opens his eyes*

Greg : So...What do you want to do for the day?

Glen : About yesterday...

Greg : *Interrupts her* Don't worry about it, Let's just enjoy our time together

Glen : Okay...Can we go to the park today?

Greg : Well its in the other side of the city but okay

We then walked all the way to the other side of the city. Once we arrived, we found an empty bench and sat down together to rest since we got a bit tired from the walking. I laid down on your dad's shoulder as we were resting. After a while, i spoke up again...

Glen : Hey Greg...

Greg : Hm?

Glen : Do you...also feel the same way?

Greg : *Chuckles and pats her head* What do you think?

Glen : *Looks at him and goes silent*

Greg : Well, i have to admit, everything you said about me yesterday, you saying that...made me feel happy. I've never been this happy for most of my time in this world. I mostly just stay quiet most of the time with my friends giving me a bit of joy when they're around. I don't even think my parents even care about me, they let me be independent but rarely interact with me, even in my childhood. And even if they do, it's mostly because i started a conversation with them. But now, with you by my side, you always make my days with you joyful. Thanks May, for making me feel something I've never felt in my entire life *A but of tears filling his eyes*

Glen : *Wipes his tears off and smiles at him slightly*

Greg : *Hugs her* I love you...May. Thanks for everything

After a while, Greg finally let's me go and continued to walk around town, looking for something to do. We then went to a tall tower to watch the sunset together

Back to the present

Glen : And that's it, The End

May : *Sleeping*

Glen : You're asleep already? Well i guess it took longer than expected

Greg : *Opens the door* So, how's the storytelling?

Glen : Wha-You were there the whole time??

Greg : *Chuckles* Well i didn't want to interrupt you, also its getting quite late, we should get to bed

Glen : Oh, Goodnight May *Puts a blanket over May then turns the light off and closes the door*

The next day, May leaves for school. At lunch time, May meets with Nova and tells her she won't be able to eat with her for today. Nova says "It's fine, you go ahead and takk to him, I'm right here if you need me*. She then heads to where she and Axel sat down together yesterday and waits for him. Minutes passed but no one came. May then became worried and decided to head out to ask Axel's teacher if he was absent for the day. His teacher told her he was absent for the day and that his cousin, Pearl, sent an excuse letter and told her to read it if she would like to know why. May then reads it and finds out Axel was sick and might not be able to go to school for a few days. Immediately after school, May heads out to find Axel's treehouse without her parents permission using the address that his teacher gave her. As she was walking, it started to rain. She didn't have an umbrella with her so she ran off following the forest pathway until she can find a shelter. After a while, she found a big treehouse and knocked.

He then approached me and asked why i was staring at him that time. I lied and told him i wasn't staring at him, but he replied by saying his friends saw me so i just admitted it

Greg : So...wanna join us? It'd be fun if we got someone new to challenge

Glen : *Blushes* A-Sure...

Greg : Sorry about earlier again, i was quite in a rush

Glen : Maybe look at where your going next time. Do your glasses work?

Greg : Hey of course they do!

We then played some games and introduced ourselves to each other. The next day, we met at the arcade again, but this time it was just Greg in there. I asked him where his friends were but he said they're not coming for today. We then played some games together before we went to a coffee shop nearby, he said it was his treat so i agreed to go. As we were drinking, he asked if i was free the next day. I told him i had school that time. We then said our goodbyes to each other after drinking and he told me to meet him at the arcade whenever I'm free. After around 5 months of meeting each other. He then asked again if we could go to the same coffee shop, his treat, i agreed and we went there (they went there i couple more times before this if you're wondering). As we were drinking...

Greg : Say Glen...I want to ask you something

Glen : Sure, what is it?

Greg : Well...i noticed that you were much clingier than i expected...and every time i approach you closely i notice you getting redder...it might be rude to ask but, have you had a crush on me ever since we first met at the arcade?

Glen : *Gets surprised and blushes* Umm Well...*Goes silent*

Greg : No need to worry about it, i just wanted to clarify my thoughts. If you can't answer that's fine with me

Glen : ...You see...Greg...These past few months you were really nice to me, you're like the nicest and cutest person i ever met. I felt something i really couldn't describe whenever im around you. It's like i want you...to be with me for the rest of time

Greg *Blushes a little* So... you've had feelings for me all this time?

Glen : ...Y-Yeah...Greg, Will you accept me as your partner? I know it's quite too sudden but, i really can't keep it now

Greg : Maybe i could answer that outside

We then continued drinking. After drinking, as we were outside the cafe, Greg came closer to me and kissed me on the cheek before heading for his path while waving goodbye at me. I just stood there in surprise, while looking at him from a distance as he was walking. The next day we met again...
