Exterior solar camera options compatible with google home?

I have simplisafe as my home alarm system, and the cameras are honestly just terrible. I also have Google Home with a Nest Pro for my wifi, and was looking for more affordable solutions than the $150 each battery powered nest cams, preferably with solar panels so I don't have to worry about charging constantly. With 2 "smart home" apps, I'd really prefer not to add a 3rd if I don't have to.

TP Link Tapo cameras seem affordable and suggest they work with Google Home over the Matter protocol, but on close inspection, that seems it's not fully true and still requires a hub and isn't fully integrated.

I found a very expensive Aqara camera that seems to use the Matter protocol, but it doesn't have a solar panel, and itself intends to act as a hub, which I don't need so the price is artifically inflated.

Any suggestions, or just telling me I'm off my rocker and should do something else would be appreciated.

Treadmill only briefly turns belt and causes circuit to flicker.

Pro form 8.7 had for a few years, and just like the title, it powers on, the incline works fine, but if you turn the belt on, it briefly moves and then stops and the lights in the room flicker. The first time it did it it fully tripped the breaker and I needed to replace the breaker, but it was old so, I dunno.

I've opened the hood and Google led me to believe the motor was going to be really dirty or full of hair, but everything looks fine.

So now I figure I need to replace either the control board or the motor itself, but I don't know how to definitively pick the right part to replace, and they're so expensive if the answer is both I should just buy a new treadmill.

Anyone know the root cause with some confidence?
