Context: I am a fresh grad from a local university with a bachelors in finance. Currently working in a PE firm doing investor relation operations (writing RFPs & creating presentations for pitches). I only have back office experience in finance and no front office experience, and was fortunately able to land a role in this middle office role.
Goal: My goal is to eventually land a role in investor relations / sales related role in the finance industry
Problem: I do not know what are the skillsets/knowledge/experience require of me to make it there
