I recently got a paid temporary internship that will last for a bit, I estimate about 27k total from the internship, I wanted to know if I should just dump most of the money that I get right away into an ETF or if I should put it away slowly like 300$ a month for example while it sits in a savings account or something? Or a balance between the two where I put like 15k in now then slowly feed 300$ a month going forward? (All in TFSA) I am in the financial situation where I don't really need/want to spend that much money and can probably live off of ~1k until my next internship/job. The money I invest I will not need to touch for a minimum of 3 years but I plan to let it sit for a very long time. Any advice is greatly appreciated, thank you!
