Hi fellow plumbdogs,

Im in a bittersweet position to grow the business and employ another plumber. Silly question I suppose, what is the best way to find the right employee? I’ve had an employee in the past, didn’t turn out too well and burnt a lot of cash in the process. Should I post on Seek? facebook groups? What’s the best way in everyone’s experience to find the right employee?
