I figured out 2 weeks ago that the only thing stopping me from improving my health is me. And in these last few weeks I have felt so much better than I have ever before. I used to be about 50 pounds lighter, although that was by a very unhealthy route to weight loss. And I just got tired of myself.
My dream is to be able to run on a marathon. Not like to be the first to cross the finish line but to be able to run the entire thing. I have a weak knee so the main thing is doing the exercises to strengthen my legs.
Today, I jogged on the treadmill at a pace of 3.1 for over a mile. I feel pretty happy. Just wanted to share.
