Scat and tracks found by small brook, Sheffield UK
Found on a muddy bank of a small brook in Sheffield, within a woodland.
Didn't put anything to scale down at the time unfortunately, but from memory I'd say the larger central scat piece was about 2-2.5" long (top to bottom).
Tracks are a bit indistinct, but wondered if could see five toes instead of four. The track in the second photo I'd estimate from memory to be about 3-3.5" across.
Have set up a camera, but would welcome any input. I have my fingers crossed for Eurasian otter (Lutra lutra)
