When is it too late ?

I come from an Eastern European country and we have big 4 offices present in my city, I've always dreamt of joining them as they pay very well considering my country, or that is the impression I get(Romania).

I'm finishing my bachelors by the time I'll be 25/26, would it be too late to pursue a career within Big 4 then? At the same time I am getting relevant work experience working in finance, as a customer service admin. I reconcile bank accounts, etc.

From your experience, do you perceive joining big 4 at 25/26, too late? Would they even look my way or is it past what they'd consider viable? I applied now as well to some junior jobs, but they went with other candidates.

P.S. I am aware they use eastern europe as shared service centers. If anyone has any insights also within how this culture is in this area it'd be appreciated.

Thanks in advance everyone.
