Last week I booked a riso maintenance check and knew everything is good with my machine, but today when I happily open my machine and prepare to print, master paper making area start a loud noise(feels something broke inside)

After that master paper area began making a harsh, unusual sounds, I turned off the machine and checked the master paper loading area, found out that the top of the master box can no longer be closed normally.

Everything came so suddenly, does anyone know about this issue? Need some help and suggestions. Thanks!
