I've been trying to update my system but this error keeps popping up. Translated, it's the files with "already exists in the file system", over and over with everything in electron39. The last line says the update won't go through because of the errors.

Question: Is it safe to just uninstall electron39 and reinstall it? I don't want to brick my computer.
