I sleep with a medcline pillow due to gerd (it's also nice to sometimes not wake up stuffy!) but my arm started going into the arm space a little crooked causing my shoulder joint to sublax, and now I have two frozen shoulders. I read that it's best to sleep on your back with frozen shoulders but now my shoulders AND my back and neck hurt.

Are there sleep professionals who come to your house and show you how to arrange your body to sleep without generating nocturnal injuries? I'd settle for a YouTube video. Or even a detailed description.

Do I need a wedge that doesn't have an arm cutout? Do I need to ditch the incline pillow altogether? Is it possible to ever be comfortable?
