I bought this little guy from Home Depot because it looked so sad. At first I thought the stalk damage wasn't that bad, but it seems to be getting worse. Should I chop it off where it's still green and try to save the rosette? Would you also chop below the damaged piece in the middle and see if the roots are still good or just chop the rosette pull out the bottom and hope the rosette roots?
