I need help. We got the NOA2 early march. About two-three weeks ago we got an email for the Dublin embassy with had our next steps.

My medical exam is booked for the 22nd May however on the NOA2 it had a validity period which ends the 1st June.
I asked the medical examiner office how long it takes for results, she said 2-3 weeks. Which would push us over the validity period.
I’ve tried calling the Dublin embassy but I get through to no one (if anyone has another number please let me know).
Both me and my fiancee emailed the embassy and we were both told, the officer over our case will extend our case once we submit our notice of readiness.
But how can I submit that if I don’t have the medical results?

I’m at a loss on what to do right now. Please help.

Hey everyone.

We got the NOA2 in late February/ early March.

It said on the letter that our case was valid until the 1.06.26
We only got our case number and next steps about a week and a half ago.

I read online the embassy automatically extends that but I tried to call the Dublin embassy and I’m getting no luck getting through to someone.

Has anyone got a number for them where they got through to someone or for sure that they will extend it

We never received a case number from the NVC so we reached out and they emailed back saying our petition was sent the embassy of my country (21st April).

I just wait online to check if there’s been any updates but the case number keeps giving me an error saying it invalid.
