Points combining/transfer from one account to another
Hi community!
My girlfriend won't be using her 10-15k points, so she is looking to transfer them all into my account, so we could use them on future travels.
We're scrambling to transfer those points before the big change (20MAY), so we have already filled in a form to request the transfer of her points into my account. (We used the form I have attached).
We filled in the form with all necessary information and we have already sent it to their email address on the bottom left.
It's been 2-3 days already since we sent the form and we still haven't heard anything from them.
Is there anything else that we need to do other than the form I have attached as a photo or that is all and now just wait for them to make it happen?
