These are my results after a 25 week cycle:

  • 35M
  • 5'11"
  • 190lbs to 205lbs

Protocol:

  • 500 mg Test C weekly, split daily
  • 2,000 IU HCG weekly, split daily
  • 4 IU HGH daily
  • 3mg AI weekly, split Sun, Wed, Fri
  • 10 mg Cialis daily
  • 15 mg Accutane daily

I ate what most would consider a clean diet.

  • 4,500 Calories a day
  • 300 mg Protein a day
  • Whole foods & Protein shakes

I have a home gym which made things easier and more efficient.

  • Push/Pull/Legs ran back to back. I took 5 rest days total
  • Prior to each strength training session I would cycle 5 miles
  • I would try my best to end the day with 15,000 steps, but that happened only about 75% of the time

Overall, I'm extremely happy with the results and a big part of me wants to just keep running it lol.
