I've been growing out my hair for like 2 years now and whenever it gets too long I get a cut, but now that all the hairs on my head are basically even I want to try actually growing it out. I'd like to grow it out as long as possible before it starts looking bad if that makes sense. Any advice on what to say at the salon or what you'd recommend I do with my hair in regards to styling would be greatly appreciated.

I also added photos of my hair when it's wet if that matter at all. I don't use any products currently(just condition and rinse every morning) but am open to suggestions.
