Hi,

I've had my Landxcape LX799 for 5 years now and been very happy with it. In the past year though it has been turning itself off at the base station, so then not going out at the programmed time of day. Not a problem generally as i can just turn it on and off it goes, but when working away from home for work, obviously the grass doesn't get cut.

So two questions

1. Any idea why it would turn off - it completes the programmed section, returns to base and is charging fine, so it is not due to the battery running out.

2. If I can't solve this, I may need to get a replacement. Will any mower work on the base station, or does it need to be a Landxcape, or specifically another LX799?
