At a site right now that’s on the quieter side, board of directors are lovely, and so close to home. Pay is OK
Everything decent except for the owners and tenants. An absolute nightmare. Abusive, rude, aggressive, entitled. You name it. Only about 5% are good but the rest are so mean and find any reason to yell at staff
There’s a high turnover of managers at this site and all the owners and tenants complain about it. Well no shit! I have thicker skin and honestly the benefits outweigh the negatives, but these people are ruthless!!! After a dog pile up today I finally broke and cried in my office
I’ll be fine but I just can’t believe, not once, have they been self aware to realize they are the reason managers keep leaving. I used to want to stay 3-4 years here but I’m actually okay after 1-2 years
They will forever continue to have a revolving door of managers because of how nasty the owners and tenants are. So here’s some food for thought… if there’s a high turnover of managers (or honestly any role for that matter) maybe there’s a reason for that!! 🤯
