Just had my heart terribly broken. The only thing that can ever shut my mind off during these times is amazing smutty romantasy. I loved ACOTAR, Fourth Wing, the serpent and the wings of night. Some more niche favs are the fifth nicnevin series by Marie Mistry and the Court of Blood and Bindings series by Lisette Marshall. I prefer high fantasy but I also enjoyed Zodiac Academy, so I'm somewhat flexible — I love a school/college setting. Was a big fan of the tamora pierce books growing up but Blood & Steel didn't hit the spot for me, as much as I wish it did. At this point I'm looking for something with insane smut but good plot. For example a Lady of Rooksgrave Manor was too much smut not enough plot. But the smut can be crazy — reverse harem, dp, bondage, vampire, whatever. Just need something to take my mind off the pain with its insane hotness.
P.S. I know all the basic recs and they don't do it for me. Looking for something either new or kinda niche. Pls help a heartbroken girl out!
