Jet lag help
We just came back to Canada from Italy and the jet lag is difficult. My 6 month old usually sleeps from 7pm-6 am and adjusted well in Italy but coming home has been rough! She is still going to sleep around 7 but has been waking up around 3 am and not going back to sleep for the last 4 nights.
For those of you who have done similar travelling, what did you do to help them? Do I let her sleep during the day or should I be capping her naps? How long did it take to get back to normal?
