I have come to believe the way we fight back is by showing who we are through our behavior once we leave. You are not who they say you are and you are not how they treat you. Do not fold to the pressure to give in and go back to the organization because it’s easy, Come together and support one another with love. We know it isn’t the truth and we know it isn’t right, it’s a long and arduous journey. You will have to deconstruct your thought patterns, your beliefs, and a lot of your relationships. But the life you are able to build at the end of it is more than worth it. A life filled with beauty and wonder, with friends and family who cherish you. The world is not scary or evil, it’s beautiful and it’s got good and bad like anywhere else. Press on for better days. Get out there and make some friends and take some risks.
