So I’m a new employee and I’m trying to pick away through onboarding tasks and I’ve been able to access my email, Infor Go, my learning ect ect and I can get onto AHS insite as well but I can’t access e-people? Every time I log in it says invalid username and password even though it’s not.

So my question is - do I need an IAM security profile to access this? Because I’m having issues with that as well. The pdf directions to make an IAM security account look different than what shows up on my screen. And it’s asking for a passcode + pin through RSASecur or something but I don’t think I even got a pin?

Does it make a difference if I’m on my own computer/phone? Am I missing something? 😭

I need this ASAP for a job! I know the RNC has a new online system that makes this faster but anyone have any first hand experience on how long it actually takes? Is it actually 15 business days? Or has anyone gotten it in a shorter period of time?
